Before concrete is poured, we carefully prepare the site, install plumbing, drill foundation piers when required, and place reinforcing steel. Proper preparation at this stage helps create the foundation for everything that follows.
Framing
Framing is where the home begins to take shape.
This stage establishes the structure, room layout, ceiling heights, and architectural details that bring the design to life. Careful attention to framing helps ensure the quality and appearance of the finished home.
Mechanical Systems
Before insulation and drywall, the home is equipped with the systems that support everyday living.

Insulation & Air Sealing
