The Plan
Your home should be designed around the way you live.
We can personalize one of our existing plans, work from plans you already have, or help develop a design specifically for your property and goals. Before construction begins, we review the plans, selections, site conditions, utilities, allowances, and overall scope of the project.
Working through these details early creates a more accurate budget and a smoother building experience. Custom-home pricing generally starts around $185 per square foot and varies based on the design, property, materials, finishes, and complexity of the home.
The Build
Once construction begins, we coordinate the trades, materials, scheduling, inspections, and day-to-day details needed to bring your home to life.
You’ll receive updates throughout the build, and we’ll work with you whenever decisions or adjustments are needed. Our role is to communicate clearly, find practical solutions, and protect the quality of your finished home.
Construction typically takes approximately 7–15 months, depending on the size and complexity of the home, site conditions, selections, and material availability.
Welcome Home
Before closing, we’ll walk through your completed home with you, explain its important systems, and address any final items requiring attention.
Every home we build is supported by workmanship, trade, manufacturer, and structural warranty coverage. We’ll explain that coverage clearly before closing so you know what is included and how we’ll help if a concern arises.
